لكل عصر عارف باللّه يهدى الناس إلى حضرة اللّه ، وهم ورثة الهادي الأعظم والنبي الأفخم ، نبينا - عليه الصلاة والسّلام
- أولهم سيدنا على - كرم اللّه وجهه للحديث المتقدم ، لأنه أول من أظهر علم التصوف وأفشاه ، ثم أخذه عنه الحسن البصريّ وهذبه ، ثم حبيب العجمي ، ثم داود الطائي ، ثم معروف الكرخي ، ثم سرى السقطي ، ثم إمام التصوف : أبو القاسم الجنيد ، ثم انتشر فى الأرض.
- فلكل عصر رجال يحملون لواء الحقيقة ، ويهدون الناس إلى لباب الشريعة. وهم العارفون باللّه. قال رسول اللّه صلى اللّه عليه وسلم : «يبعث اللّه على رأس كلّ مائة سنة من يجدّد لهذه الأمّة أمر دينها» أي :
(((يجدد الطريقة بعد دروسها ، ويحيى الحقيقة بعد خمود أنوارها ، ويظهر الشريعة بعد خفاء أعلامها))).
ويكون مصطفىً وهادٍ.
ففى كل حين يلفظ الطريق مدعيه.
وفي كل حينٍ لنا في المصطفى أملٌ.

Every age has a Knower of God who guides people to the presence of God, and they are the heirs and Caliphates of the greatest guide and the most excellent Prophet, our Prophet - Peace, Prayers and blessings be upon Him. - The first of them is our master Sayyduna and Mawlana Imam Ali - may God honor his face for the aforementioned saying, because He was the first to reveal the knowledge of Sufism and divulge it, then Al-Hasan Al-Basri took it from Him and refined it, then Habib Al-Ajami, then Dawud Al-Ta’i, then Ma’rouf Al-Karkhi, then Seri Al-Saqati, then Imam of Sufism : Abu Al-Qasim Al-Junaid, Then it spread across the earth; - Every era has men who carry the banner of truth and guide people to the essence of Sharia. They are those who know God. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “At the beginning of every hundred years, God send someone to renew, for this nation, the matter of its religion ” meaning: (((He renews The roud after its obliteration (being effaced) revives the truth after its lights have faded, and reveals the Sharia after its signs and features have disappeared))).
And he will be a chosen one and a guide.
Every now and then The Truth's Roud drives out its impostors.
And Every now and then we have a hope in The Chosen One.

N.B: Knower means: an expert or master, a knowledgeable person having knowledge of Allah. He is almost be a High rank saint.
